About our keynote speaker: Julien Fersing brings broad experience and cutting-edge know-how in real estate and construction. Over the last decade, he together with his teams have been helping designers, builders and investors to meet their targets by using state-of-the-art technologies and modern processes to increase efficiency during the entire lifecycle of a building. From luxury residential construction in Switzerland to Facility Management of a 15 km2 campus in Qatar and coordinating installations on 40 levels office towers in Poland, their expertise allowed them to impact the multiple facets of real estate.
