With a background in technology and software development, he has a strong focus on AI in HR and the use of conversational business solutions (chatbots) along the employee lifecycle with more than 8 years of experience in these specific domains. He has a leading role in the development of two successful AI-based HR solutions: “Edi – Expense Intelligence” and “Sophie – your little HR friend”. Felix holds a Master in Business Information Technology from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences
